Takedown Policy for Essal IT Training Institute
1. Introduction
Essal IT Training Institute ("Essal") is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment for all users. This Takedown Policy outlines the procedures for addressing and responding to any requests to remove or disable access to infringing or inappropriate content hosted on Essal's website or other online platforms.
2. Reporting Infringement or Inappropriate Content
If you believe that any content hosted on Essal's website or online platforms infringes upon your intellectual property rights or violates any applicable laws or regulations, please promptly notify Essal by sending an email to contact@essal.org or by submitting a written notice to the address provided on Essal's website. Your notice should include the following information:

Upon receiving a valid notice, Essal will promptly investigate the reported content and take appropriate action, which may include:
- Removing or disabling access to the content in question.
- Contacting the user who posted the content and informing them of the complaint.
- Requesting additional information or evidence from the complaining party, if necessary.
- Notifying the complaining party of the outcome and any actions taken.
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content has been wrongly removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to Essal within 10 days after receiving notification of the takedown. Your counter-notice should include the following information:
- Your contact information, including your name, address, and email address.
- A detailed description of the content that was removed or disabled, including its location (URL or other identifying details).
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located within Algeria and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
- A statement affirming that, under penalty of perjury, you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you will accept the jurisdiction of the local federal district court in which your address is located or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Essal may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
5. Compliance with Applicable Laws
Essal will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing takedown notices, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other relevant legislation. Essal reserves the right to remove or disable access to content without prior notice if it believes, in its sole discretion, that such action is necessary to comply with the law or protect the rights, safety, or property of Essal or its users.
